We understand that many residents in the states named below do not have access to or have lost their homes or records during the recent flooding and tornados. We and your state regulators want to work with you during this difficult time.
Effective immediately, insureds in the counties declared a federal or state disaster area in Illinois, Indiana and Iowa have been given an extension for the next 60 days from terminations, cancellations and other time-sensitive provisions of their insurance policy or annuity contract. If by chance you do receive such a notice, please feel free to contact our customer service center at the numbers listed below.

Iowans with complaints about insurance can call the Iowa Insurance Division at 1-877-955-1212 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and messages left outside of those hours will also be returned the next business day.
